Charged twice for same product online purchase of Fifa 22 ultimate edition

I have been charged twice for the same game after the system indicated failed purchase and told me to try again. Spoke to an agent who confirmed I have been charged twice and submitted refund request to be told some two week story. I raised my query as soon as I saw duplicate payment on bank.
