Cash Flow problems

<p>We are business partners with Microsoft, spending thousand to belong to their orginsation. They are suppose to pay me incentives quarterly. Every single time I need to be paid they have excuses with my bank denying their payments etc. It takes me 4 months to resolve the previous quarterly payment, so I am never paid on time and the people behind the scenes are totally ***********. It is just never resolved.
