Can't speak to a single person

According to Wiki, Microsoft employ over 100 000 people. Interesting, because I cannot get to speak to ANYONE who can help me. I get a receptionist (she was great, but couldn't help) and then business support (I guess because maybe you do or would spend millions with them). For the rest of us mortals who are home users, getting ANY support is impossible. Microsoft, you are useless. Maybe, just maybe you will actually respond to this with a number that someone answers in under an hour and who gives a s%#t about home users.
