Paid for service/product that can't be provided, Can uninstall and reinstall the same program 5 times - but can't fix the problem what was paid for . Don't make use of Microsoft software as they can't provide the service or product you purchased. Only have technicians that repeat the same thing over and over - no customer complaints or service
