Billing Problems

I had a recurring billing for Xbox. I purchased a 12 month subscription and loaded same. I am being billed through recurring. I tried calling Microsoft several time and cant get through to Xbox. The call drops once directed to Xbox. Email go unanswered and the online support system is unhelpful.
