******** billing & lack of support

In August 2023 I purchased the Business standard package (if I have the package name correct). I was already using Personal. I had and still have numerous issues. 1. Immediately I strarted having issues with my laptop's speed and it freezing for periods from seconds to minutes. I un-installed and tried to re-install to no avail. 2. On installation, although it was stated that my laptop was compatible, I could not get the package working properly. Support was and is still non-existent. 3. With a minimum period of 1 year, I cancelled the contract prior to the 1st birthday. I am still being billed 7 months later. Again support is con-existent. 4. I am paying for 2 packages (the Personal is working) with no way of cancelling the Business package. The continuation of the contract for a 2nd year after timely cancellation is ******** and the complete lack of support is extremely disappointing, let alone frustrating.
