Bad service

I recently had money taken off from my bank as a Microsoft subscription. When I call their contact center and chat with their agents on their live chat portal, no one is able to assist me. They give me run arounds. They told me the deduction was for a business account. I do not own a business account. No one is able to tell me which account is linked to my banking details exactly so that the billing can be stopped on my account. Pathetic service
