Bad after services

We bought a xbox one x from hifi Corp in June 2020 the xobox stopped working we went to hifi Corp and they gave us a paper to contact Microsoft. We registered on Microsoft and they told us the warrenty expired in May. We have been struggling since beginning of December to sort this out hifi is of no help and there is not a number for Microsoft.
