Answer Techs only sell products

This is just a warning that the online tech support of Microsoft are there to sell you products and services and to really commit to helping you is a farce. Just be prepared if you have bought any maintenance package from them to not get committed help. Once they know they can't sell you anything they can't get you off the line quick enough.
