All of my respect is lost for them now.

My chromebook computer stopped being able to connect to wifi today after being only after three to four years of use when I realised that Microsoft builds a life-span into their laptops so that you eventually have to go back to buy more. I had to do a hard reset of everything, lose my data, and then start over (redownoading everything saved on onedrive of course) just to get my wifi capabilities back... and I did.

I cannot respect a company that makes a product lesser than what it is capable just so that you have to go back to that company for either repairs or an entirely new product in just a few years. Absolutely despicable Microsoft. You have lost another customer you money-mongering ***s.
