Stole my money

After I have canceled my subscription more than 12 months ago (received confirmation) I got charged R999 this month. I never even opt in to the yearly fee as I paid the monthly fee. I have send 2 emails 2 days apart and no one has tried to make contact with me. They basically stole my money. Try to communicate with them... it is impossible... no chat now function on their website you can only get assistance if you log into your account and as I mentioned I have canceled this more than 12 months ago so I don't even remember the stupid microsoft email I had to create. Microsoft you will never ever get my business! You *******!
