SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

I have had a Microsoft Office 365 subscription since I can remember. I have had to start downgrading due to economic problems. Upon evaluating my subscriptino I realise that I have been automatically renewed at the Family subscription plan for many months now and haven't realised it. I recall receiving an email with the price change and accepted it as I had chosen only the Basic plan initially. I thought nothing of it and accpeted the new inflated price at the time. When looking into cancelling it now; I had been on the Family plan all along without my knowledge. I stupidly had accepted at the time thinking that it was just a continuation of that current plan. You guys are sharks and your service is not that great either. Filled with bugs and slow to upgrade. Bitterly disappointed. You won't be seeing me again.
