MS Office 365 support in non-existant

I bought and downloaded MS Office 365 Family. I have a specific issue trying to delete an old work subscription account which cannot be deleted. My issue is MS Office 365 help is non-existent. There is a "help-chat" which then pops up a box for payment - the chat says R15 and refundable -the payment box says "initial fee" plus R599 subscription. After this box pops up you cannot type further in the chat, even to ask pricing. I went back in and queried the free support that is supposed to come with Office 365 - they did not acknowledge this, just asked other questions, then popped up the payment box again. I also tried phoning - the number goes to a robot, who then gives a web address which does not work.
