MICROSOFT POOR SERVICE DUE TO ONLINE OR RESTRICTIVE INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If u could honestly give Microsoft O stars I would. I've been trying to install Microsoft on my laptop using an existing subscription for over 4 days instead it prompts me to take other subscriptions and had gone as far as deducting my money 2 x more than the existing subscription yet I still Donot have access and none of their phones are being answered and if they do answer there is communication breakdown because language differences. I'm Frustrated and don't know what to do. My Work is on standstill
