Microsoft office 365 sucks

I have an annual family subscription and have not beenable to download the app onto my pc or my one laptop. I have been requestiong help from microsoft support for over a month and they do not even reply to my emails. I have tried all the recomendations on the community oages withou sucess so Microsoft has my monry but I do not have Microsof office. beware of paying annual fees to Microsoft. they do not assist if you have an issue. they just keep your money.
