Microsoft Office 365 is a ****!!!

BAD BAD BAD They deducted money off from my account, two months later. I haven't been helped since I put my complaint through. The agents are faceless, next thing I'm told to pay R65 to get an agent to call and assist me. That's ****************!!!

To make matters worse, the one I purchased from Incredible Connection wont be refunded as well. What am I to do with two similar products?
