Microsoft Office 365 account locked

I cannot logon microsoft 365 because my account has been locked and I am the only global administrator in our company so no one can unlock or reset my password in our company. Users are login calls to me but I cant help them because I cant logon my account. I logged a ticket with microsoft support (***3) yesterday but till now I have not been helped. They promise to call me back to assist but they have not called me to resolve the issue. At the moment I cannot work and still waiting for Microsoft to unlock my account. I think Microsoft is not treating their customers with sense of urgency. Kind Regards, Abel
