Fed Up with Microsoft

It is impossible to telephone Microsoft SA for assistance, either on the call-centre of published telephone number ***, you get through, and then an automated "press of numbers" and then the line goes dead. It is annoying that a company of this nature seems to purposely structure their communication systems to avoid personal contact.
