FACELESS MICROSOFT

Trying to get information of my account. Why they debiting me? I need invoice / statement of why they are debiting me. No help. Only offer online chats that is not helpful at all. Jamaica and Renato - two chat's absolutely waste of time. NO HELP Irony is I contact them to get my account details and all they ask me is for the account details!!!!!! Never got any information from them.
