Entire digital back up - GONE!

I have no photos on my One Drive other than my children as babies! The bad review I'm giving is poor customer care. I cannot get in touch with Microsoft in any way.

I have all my digital files backed up to One Drive and I cannot retrieve anything. I had an opportunity to appeal the matter to a ROBOT!

No one can help me rectify this issue.
