Cons no customer service

They keep trying to take money out of my account when there's not enoughand I get penalized everytime for it by my bank. I have tried removing my bank card they refuse. I tried canceling the subscription and they ignore my emails. They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. So frustrated😡😡😡
