Absolutely terrible (no!) customer service from Microsoft 365!

Last week, we purchased a Microsoft 365 license but never received the 16-digit access code required for installation. We spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue through their website, forums, and support channels. Unfortunately, all our efforts were in vain.

We also attempted to contact Microsoft directly by submitting a request form and calling their Johannesburg number, but to no avail. It seems impossible to get in touch with anyone at Microsoft.

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of support and assistance we have received. We simply want someone from Microsoft to call us back and provide the service we paid for. Or our money back.
