Unfair IT support appointments

To all IT jobseekers out there be very careful when accepting interviews from this company as they are not completely honest about applications received for positions and might say they do not have any positions currently matching your s****s set but yet they interview other engineers for same position and appoint them instead.

I have been working on a certain site for a few years with experience on some of their products and working through online training on their different applications and modules but no consideration of your CV on application yet they do appoint other engineers with similar experience on the same contract and site.
