ONGOING POOR SERVICE

<p>Approx a year ago my daughters laptop went into Microchannel to have the hard drive replaced (still under warrenty) and that drive collapsed within a few months. Went back for another drive to be inserted. A few months later the drive collapsed again - this time we aere told it was the operating system. Paid for that to be re-installed. Since then we have been back 4 times times as the 'new' Windows keeps asking for a re-activation code. It has now exactly 3 months to the last visit) asked for another reactivation code. Have they installed some sort of 'freeware' instead of the original software that we paid for?</p>
