Refund dispute

I took out a short term loan with this company and asked for settlement letters in order to settle my debt before my payday, which I did on the 15th of October 2025. On my payday of 27th October 2025 they debited my account even though I had settled my loans. Now it's been 3 weeks seeking my refund back as I showed them proof of payments on the 27th (same day they debited) but they are giving me the run around. Apparently they only do cash refunds and not EFT, but every time I contact them they tell me that they do not have money in the Branch.
