Gateway Mall Micro Derma /Tanya

I have always been a loyal client to Micro Derma for a few years but in August 2024 I paid for a full package consisting of 5 treatments, I only went for 2 and the machine wa sout of order. I waited and waited but the machine was still out of order for months and I also couldn't have my treatment for months which left my skin so damaged because of missed treatments . In November 2024 , I requested a refund as the machine is still out of order but I receive no response when I call or email. This is daylight ******* ,I don't know how Gateway could keep such irresponsible tenants in the mall who actually rob clients.
