Laptop worsened

I gave microcom my laptop which had problems of starting.I called their office and they informed me that the laptop is beyond repair. When i got my laptop, it could not do what it was doing before,it was totally in shamples and all the *****s were not in place .i suspect they swapped some of my laptop parts with another laptop.Its a shame that i gave people who are so unprofessional my laptop and i doubt that they are know what they are doing. I was so dissapointed.
