I app**** for a loan from micro cash loans and loan officer Nicky Anderson ask you to pay intiation fee of 1695 so loan pay out can take place..The request from her is immediate payment which i do.Then no response i must chase to find out whats going on.Then she sends paperwork after 3 days asking for a further R3820 transfee fee before loan can be paid out which was never explained...i then asked for my refund and to cancell which she said will be done after 7 to 14 days...When i followed up after 14 days she advised no refund can be done and i must proceed with the loan..This is a **** of a company with no ethics and proper procedures..To date they have refused to refund my payment.Dont do business with Micro Cash loans.
