Non completion of job and non response to calls

The company was contracted to upgrade our home. We are very happy with the job they did, but they never completed the second carport, which was to be completed 3 months after the other work.<br> <br> Since then we have contacted them numerous times to find out when they will come and complete the job (for which a deposit has already been paid). They do not answer their phones or reply to messages.
