The WORST Rental Agency in the Vaal

<p>When we moved out of the house we rented through Miclee Properties, we were tagged with a sizable bill for "possible" further damage to the property, which would later turn out was the case. No inspection sheet bares proof of any such damage, but we consented to at least some damage that was our fault, however, I agreed we did need to replace some of the damaged items but it could never possibly cost what they said it would. </p> <p>They have now held onto said monies for an extended period of time with NO feedback as to what was happening, unless nagged via WhatsApp or email. It has now been 3 months and NOTHING AGAIN from them again since the last contact, more than 2 weeks ago.</p> <p>If ever you are thinking of renting or buying a house, consider other agencies as I am sure you will be sorely disappointed by the lack of service, comittment and generally bad attitude, either when you are their client and especially when you're waiting for your deposit monies to be returned.</p>
