Refusal to give me my deposit back

My deposit was supposed to be returned back to me after two months notice and all of a sudden the walls are dirty. This is the same place which was last painted in 2017 with water paint. Tiles have been broken since then but never fixed . Don’t rent under them please. They are ********** whom don’t even bother to respond back to me anymore
