Pothole claim - no response for 9 months

My invoice IT ***, representative: JACO BOTHA from Thomas Tyres.

May I please draw your attention that this invoice was dated on 30/12/2014.

There was a claim made for one Tyre (R 889.99) for a pothole claim.
On the invoice it states clearly that the tyre would be sent to Michelin.

I bought two 185/60R 14MC XM2 82H tyres in December 2013, I hit a pothole and on the sidewall of the tyre it made a bubble. I claimed the tyre and bought two new tyres. I even paid for the third tyre that I claimed for the pothole, with the reassurance that the amount for the third tyre would be paid back when the claim was successful.

I have followed this claim up continuously over the past 8 months with no results.
Representatives from Thomas Tyres informed me that the Michelin agents have not acknowledge my claim, because of the fact that they have not yet came to assess the tyre for pothole damage.

I have taken the liberty of calling Michelin customer service about this claim on the 11th May 2015.
I then followed up with Michelin customer service on 15th May 2015, spoke and emailed the representative Jacques. No follow up received up to date.

Would like my claim to be acknowledged.
