They ***** your money and leave brides without their wedding dresses or without their money.

I purchased my dress in March and I’ve kept being told that they didn’t have any update about my order, after 6 months I went and ask what the situation was and they told me they don’t know, that probably it would have been in the shipment of October, when I asked them to show me a proof of order they said they don’t operate like that they don’t have any…

Ana, the owner, sent me an email after I explicitly requested, bringing Lawyers in, where she states that the factory said my dress will be in November shipment , from one day to the other the story has changed. Still no dress, no proof of order and no refund even after she stated she would issue the refund and after breaching their own T’s and C’s that stated new order will take 4-6 months.

After I keep sending her emails and calling the boutique and showing up still no answer from Ana, only yet again vague answers from her employees which are either in the dark, or in it with her.

2 months away from my wedding no dress, no money, no answers and with lawyers at the phone.

No brides should go through this and the funniest story of all? I know at least 3 others that went through similar nightmares with them!

So PLEASE, stay away!
