The worst bridal shop in existence

This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. My whole journey to becoming a bride was ruined by this bridal shop. I beg any bride to be to NEVER CONSIDER even visiting this shop. My story is very long en I can give a lot of detail but since they have wasted so much of my time I will make this short. I bought a dress which I loved. I did a fitting and had a consultation to chat about alterations as I am a tall bride. When promised that ny dress would be ready, it was not even TOUCHED! I was promiwed I would have it a week later - just to find out two days later that the person who is supposed to do what needs to be done is on holiday. They had 4 months already to do this but yet, nothing. When asked when I wiuld get my dress, its said 10 April. I got it the 22nd of April! (It was said it would be done by Feb!). When I received it, it was squished in a tiny courierguy packet - NOT EVEN SEALEd. But the worst was when I opened the packet my dress was COMPLETELY RUINED. NONE of the alterations was done as discus***, EVERYTHING was wrong and get this - there was even black thread used! After a promise of a refund between 3 to 4 weeks, I ask why I do not have any money. Luckily 3 days later I get 2/3rd of my money back because apparently I had to pay for the shipping of that ridiculous packet and piece of junk, and had to pay to send it back, and the seamstress cannot refund as she 'did the work'. She did NOT do her work, she ruined my dream dress. And after all that stress, they keep a large sum of my money, they cost me so much extra and wasted so much time. Never ever would I recommend and I will from here on forward tell anyone I can just to prevent them from going through this heartache.
