Rude attitude

Very bad attitude of the owner. She is quick to sell her dresses, but when it comes to alterations, exchanges and customer service, she is really rude to customers. She practically chases you out of the store if you go in there with a complaint. Her dresses are really expensive, and customers should be getting much better service for the prices we pay. She is not passionate about her business from the way she behaves. She also didn’t offer much advice when I wanted to purchase a dress. I will never go back to this store. I now get better deals at stores in johannesburg, plus great customer service.
