MONEY HUNGRY/BRIDAL BOUTIQUE

<p>After my bridal fitting, where I found THE dress I was so excited,I was told to pay a deposit and the rest could be paid after 2 weeks. A few days after I paid the deposit the boutique kept calling demanding the money or they would sell my dress.This was the first of them going against what was agreed, the second incident takes place when I went to fetch my dress,at the time of fitting they put on a belt on enquiring if it was included in the price the consultant valery’s words “the dress has belt loops so ofcourse it is included in the price”, with that in mind when I go to fetch the dress I expect a belt and dress.The consultant then tells me the belt has been sold and it does not come with the dress.From this I conclude two things: The staff at Michelangela are money hungry and they do not keep to their word.I am highly dissapointed in this service!! We then called the consultant and they told us that we must deal with it!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
