Michelangela Bridal Boutique stole my money

I was promised a specific dress from their Gabbiano collection. I provided the pics off their website to them and have the record to prove exactly what I requested specifically a 3 metre train. They agreed it is exactly like it with a 3 meter train. It was agreed in writing. What I received 2 weeks before my wedding date almost 1 year later due to their huge intentional delay in went for my first fitting and IT WAS NOT AS WAS ADVERTISED OR PROMISED. They refuse to refund me or get me the real dress. They are ******** and *******. DON'T PAY YOUR MONEY TO THEM! I say I agreed to a quote that says refunds are not refundable. O did not sign the quote. There are no specifics on the quote about the dress. And they wanted me to pay the entire amount before O even see the dress. This is in contravention of many laws in South Africa. They told me the dress comes from Italy. It's doesn't their factory is in Russia. BE VERY CAREFUL LADIES!!! THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. I still have not dress. The law will prevail. Very arrogant.
