Bridal Nightmare

Long story short, bought a dress - found faults. Immediately returned. I was then told there was no return policy which was not indicated to me prior to purchasing of the dress or on the invoice. I was given a credit which I have used a small amount of. Due to the items being too expensive and today being told the prices are higher than originally quoted. I have now requested that my balance be given back to me. I have requested this before and have been denied. <br>
