Exorbitant service fees for what seems to be pirate parts

I bought a Michel Herbelin watch about 8 years ago. Since then it’s been in for repairs 4 times. Each repair amounting to about 20% of the original purchase price. At this stage I could have bought a new watch! Each time the same problem: moisture in the system. The closest I come to exposing my watch to water is when I wash my hands. I also don’t live in a humid environment. The watch also states 30m waterproof, which according to their website means: "waterproofing control means putting the watch in a pressure situation corresponding to a depth of 30 to 1000 meters depending on the model". My handling of the watch did not even bring it close to what it states it should be able to handle! When I approached the agents (Luxco) about the problem they denied that it was a moisture problem as their service records only shows that it was a service each time. When I told the agent that their service records are incomplete and incorrect because it doesn’t even state that the entire mechanism of the watch had been replaced on one occasion, she told me that their records are up to date and accurate, the mistake must be on my side, they have no record of replacing the face or mechanism. I then sent her the photo of the replaced mechanism, (where rust is even evident) asking if the one they replaced it with is original because they have no record of it? She then seized all communications, even after several attempts had been made from my side to solve the problem amicably. To me this silence seems like an admission of guilt?
