Bad Experience ever at Michael Maponya clinic.

Today, Friday, I went to Michael Maponya Clinic at around 9:30am for checkup. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. We waited for hours without being attended, the people who deals with vitals checkup told us that the Sister is not taking patients, we waited but she refused to help the remaining five of us and told us to come back on Monday because she was leaving at 1pm. It was frustrating because we had waited patiently for a long time hoping to receive help, only to be turned away without assistance. Clinics are meant to help peopIe, not mizing them. I hope management addresses this issue so that patients are treated with fairness, professionalism, and care in future.
