Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Technicians brought the wrong parts on Thursday and rescheduled the appointment for Monday 9am-10am. They were late, got to my place at 13:30pm and they had wrong parts again.

To make matters worse, the technicians had to call someone else to ask where to find the oil filter and how to change the diesel filter. That doesn't give much confidence in their competence to do the job. Now the office (Thabiso) is hanging up on me when I am requesting a refund due to cancelling their appauling and unprofessional service. See me, kill me.
