Work Incomplete Work Not Done
THe 1 star is for the fact that Happy came quickie. The rest is just clasping at straws. They diagnosed the car and even now I have not received a formal report of what is wrong with my car. The gentleman (Happy) who attended to me indicated that the car has a wiring issue without any particularity of where the issue is or what needs to be done. The gentleman had many calls and was in a hurry to attend to another call without clarifying mine and he was unsure as to what's the way forward. It is easy to conclude that the Michanic is in a quick money making scheme and I have requested for my money back as they did nothing and I still do not know what is wrong with my car.

I did send an email to yourselves raising my issue and I have not received a reply thereto but you are able to promptly reply on this platform to appear to the public as if you attend to queries and that proves my point that lack professional customer feedback and reporting. I am still waiting for my money back.
