Very poor service!!!

Very poor service! First they dont pitch up on the time given on appointment. My appointment was for 15H00 and they arrived at 18H00. Second they charged me for the service but couldn't find the problem on my vehicle. Now i have to pay even more at another place to find the problem. I won't recommend these guys for anyone. They don't know what they are doing. I'm very disappointed in there service.
