Unprofessional terrible service
Absolute terrible service from this company. They actually deserve a 0. Booked for a repair and the mechanic didn’t show up, no communication until the appointment time had passed. They then inform me he is not in town and rescheduled the appointment to the next day. The call centre consultant tells me they will email me a new booking confirmation and nothing! I call the morning of the new appointment and they promise to call me back while investigating. 2 hours later and no communication, I call again and the mechanic tells me he will definitely come before EOB. Needless to say, true to their unprofessional and terrible service, he didn’t pitch nor bother to call me.
The other thing is you pay in full online when booking, so I’ve paid these people!
The issue here is this mechanic called me and assured me that he would come (this is now the new date) then he did not come nor bother to contact me at all.
