Unprofessional poor service

I booked a service with Michanic in November 2023 and yes a technician came through and advised that the problem needed an electrician. On the 23 November 2023 an electrician came and did wiring then took my car's cluster for testing and there's no feedback up to today.I called the customer care number and the consultant promised to come back to me but nothing also.I am so unhappy that i thought there will be communication/feedback but I am writing this review now (19:42) after calling michanic at 10:32.Such unprofessional service.At least they should return the cluster so that i can find another mechanic to fix my car
