Unprofessional and a disgusting behaivor.

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but I have never, ever experienced such unprofessional behavior from one company. Honestly, I wish the was a zero star to rate them.

I booked a major service for 27/07/2023 between 12h00 and 13h00 and the mechanic failed to show up saying he was waiting for parts. He subsequently called me the following day morning around 08h00 saying he had the parts and I told him he should come after 10h30 as I was busy with work meetings when he called. I called him at 11h00 and he said he was going to come at 12h30 and he did not come.

The following day (29/07/2023), I decided to cancel the service and I was told that I'll have to pay an R400 cancellation fee even though the fault was on their side. I went ahead and canceled that and according to their own cancellation policy, I was going to be refunded after 14 days. I am writing this on 16/08/2023 and I haven't been refunded yet. My emails are not answered when I enquire about my refund and when I call I keep on getting told that the issue is with accounts (as if accounts are this separate entity that exists in a void and cannot be contacted).

I find their behavior extremely unprofessional and disgusting and I caution prospective customers to use these people at your own risk.
