Unhappy

Your technician arrived 30 minutes later. He only spend 15 minutes on the vehicle. He had no clue on electronic and electrical of the car. He couldn't clear all the faults lights. I had to ask questions to take me through findings. He was not confident and comfortable in his explanations. Why the guy who was advertised by the name Brian Mpofu was not send. You gave me unprepared guy. You must refund me as the guy failed to impress. He's not a technical person. He failed to take me through his diagnosis and to introduce himself. I was the one asking questions that were not answered. I am not happy at all.
