Unapologetic Misrepresentation of services

If I could give zero stars, I would. We initially were quoted for replacement of our CV joints. 3 months after the CV joints were done, we are experiencing issues with said CV joints that were supposed to have a 6 month warranty. When we called and provided them with the proof of the damage, they only fixed half of their mess. 2 weeks later, we are struggling with the same issue on the other side. And they have the audacity to quote us the price that we initially paid so that they can fix their mess.

Zee and Desmond keep trying to explain that there's a difference between inner and outer CV joints, when the exorbitant fees paid was for the full CV joint on both sides. When we asked for proof that we only agreed on paying for internal CV joints, they sent an internal message that was sent after the fact, and did not reflect the quote or the agreed amount at all. If you want absolutely appalling after sales service and constant returning because of half jobs, inconsistent information and just downright lies, then by all means go to Michanic.
