Terrible Service
I made a request for the company to service my car an they did a terrible job. The car service was on and on top on that they scratched my car and completely denied. Some on the function in the car are not working anymore. And they put **** reviews on their website.

We however believe this is disingenuous as you were there as per your email and oversaw the entire process and you saw no one put any spanners on your bonnet. If you really honest, how could the put spanners on the bonnet as they open it with you there. Worked under the bonnet the whole time?
We always take responsibility but this cannot make sense as you were there 100% of the time while there were working therefore you would have seen them put spanners on your bonnet which at the same time is impossible.
