Takes money but the job does not get done

I had a booking confirmed and paid for, for the 27th of March, i was contacted by a mechanic on the day to tell me that they dont have my spares as yet, keep in mind the job is paid for.

When i contacted them, they told me that the spares would take 4 to 5 days but they will come on Saturday the 1st of April.

Today 31 March, i spoke to Desmond again, and i was told that they dont have the spares.....again.

I have sent 3 mails to Desmond to ask for feedback during this week, but i was just ignored.

I feel that if you take someone money for a job, you stick to the promis made, and sort out the client, not act like ******* and just take a clients money and not do the job

I feel ****** by this place and would not recommend anyone to use them.
